Through the Presentation(s) Making Medicare Simple and Medicare Advantage vs. Medicare Supplement vs. My Employer’s Group Health Plan: What’s the Difference?

These presentations can be combined into one. They ensure people understand their timelines, understand their plan choices and costs, and we underscore the difference between individual Medicare Plans that are available and their current group health insurance plan.

Through the presentation “Understanding and Optimizing Your Social Security Benefits. With so many decisions to make about when to claim, we’ll help your employees understand how to optimize their benefits for themselves and their spouse.

Senior Benefits and Beyond takes care of enrollment, any questions that come up after enrollment, and will do a complete plan review every fall before the Annual Enrollment Period to make sure the plan they’re on is still the right one for them. If their situation has changed, or a new plan has come into their area that may offer more robust coverage, we’ll take care of everything regarding the enrollment into the new plan.


Through one-on-one meetings with employees/retirees and parents of employees to determine their specific needs and to give them all of their health insurance options…making sure we look at their medical and financial situation fully, so they understand their choices, costs and coverage.

Robin Tefft is the Owner/Principal of Senior Benefits and Beyond. She is certified annually by AHIP and NABIP and carries the NABIP designation of “Medicare Certified,” and is a licensed health and life insurance agent in multiple states.


Robin’s parents were the victims of a Medicare scam a few years ago. That’s when she pivoted from a 32-year career as a Creative Director and began her new life Making Medicare Simple.


Robin’s mission is to make sure our Medicare eligible population makes the right choices for THEM. Their health plan choices are too important to leave to misinformation and well intentioned, but wrong, information from neighbors, friends, or relatives.
